akibat stress


last week was the most hectic week that i had ..during this semester la....what happened was that, i became stress...sangat sangat sangat!!! tido x cukup...makan pon x bape..i cant eat whenever i have many things to do unless i've finished up every work.






due to that matter, badan jadi lesu...pipi makin cengkung...kerap rasa sakit dada & pedih ulu hati..pedih ullu hati tu tau la sebab ape...x jaga makan...tp sakit dada tu???area jantung plak tu! dr memendam rasa risau x berksudahan makanya cik giRang pon mengorak langkah ke klinik..



doc tanya la macam-macam... cik giRang pon jawab la macam-macam jugak..
hehe..sudahya doc buat ksimpulan, disebabkan terlalu stress, perut cik giRang menghasilkan banyak asid..doc ckp, bila tubuh kite terlebih asid, badan jadi lesu..rasa lenguh-lenguh kat sana sini...pedih ulu hati...sakit dada...

makanya doc pesan, heavy meal (lunch n dinner) jangan skip..light meal (roti or biskut) kerap sikit utk elakkan perut kosong..breakfast jangan tinggal..huhu..baik la puan doc....

bila ingat-ingat balik pesan doc, rasa nye macam kene makan setiap masa plak...da macam orang mngandung la plak kan..huhu..kalu groupmate yg sorg ni mmg la ngandung..kije dia memang la makan sokmo...tapi cik giRang ni?makan je..badannye cinonet jugak..huhuhu..malu pulak rasanya...

talking bout stress, ada la jumpe 1 word ni kat tenet...sangat best kata-katanya...lebih kurang mcm ni bunyiknya..

life is too blessed to be filled with streess

ingt pesan doc kat atas tu..makan selalu...hehehe...tapi kalu rasa lemak da terlebih-lbih tu pgi la exercise eh..
